Steel Goat Flea Market – June 23rd

Greetings, Neighbors and Friends!

Exciting news from the Steel Goat Marketplace – we’re thrilled to announce the return of our vibrant open-air market, now in its second year running every Sunday, and we’re still calling it “Sell What You Go(a)t”! Wondering about the name? It’s simple – it’s all about you and whatever treasures you’re eager to share with the community!

Have you recently cleared out your garage? Sell WITH US! Left with surplus from a house sale? SELL WITH US! Overflowing with creativity? SELL WITH US! And yes, even if your kids need to offload 1000 Boxes of Girl Scout cookies – SELL WITH US! Whatever you’ve got, bring it our way!

Of course, there are a few ground rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

No firearms, weapons, fireworks, or explosives. No hazardous materials, recalled items, or healthcare products. No animals, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or hate items. And absolutely no illegal items, period. Space is limited, so we strongly encourage reserving your spot online – though walk-ins are welcome if space permits!

To kick things off, there’s a small $5 setup fee. Think of it like hosting your own garage sale – self-promotion is key! And speaking of setup, please note that the ground isn’t completely flat everywhere; it’s first-come, first-served for the best spots on the morning of the flea markets.

For those who’ve reserved a space, here’s what you need to know:

Proof of reservation is a must. Setup is between 8 am and 9 am. Bring your own table, chairs, and optional tent. Handle your transactions and bring change. Rain or shine, the market is on! Each reservation grants you a 10ft-by-20ft space – equivalent to two parking spaces. As for parking, you have two options:

A) Utilize both spaces for your merchandise and park your vehicle across the street (we’ll guide you).
B) Reserve one space for your vehicle and use the other to showcase your goods.

We’re eager to see the amazing items you’ll bring to “Sell What You Go(a)t”! Let’s make this second year even better, making every Sunday a delightful day at the Steel Goat Marketplace!
