Hello Neighbors and Friends! As you can see the Steel Goat Marketplace is starting up a fresh air market every Sunday and calling it “Sell What You Go(a)t! Where did we get this name? In thinking of what we want from this market, we thought of you and whatever you want to sell! This is an opportunity for YOU! Cleaned out your garage? Sell WITH US! Had a house sale and stuff is left? SELL WITH US! Super crafty and all your friends and family have already benefited from your craft? SELL WITH US! Didn’t realize 50 tomato plants could produce THAT many tomatoes? SELL WITH US! Kids need to sell 1000 Boxes of Girl Scout cookies?? SELL WITH US!! Get the idea yet?  Whatever you have to sell, sell with us! There are exclusions for things which cannot be sold which are listed below:

• NO firearms, weapons, fireworks, explosives
• NO hazardous materials
• NO recalled Items
• NO healthcare products, including medical drugs and devices
• NO animals
• NO alcohol, tobacco, drugs, drug paraphernalia
• NO hate items
• NO illegal items

There is a limited amount of space available. You can reserve a spot with us online (Strongly Encouraged) or show up and hope a spot is available! Up to you!

JULY 23RD and JULY 30TH will be free to set up! After these dates you will need to pay a $20 Dollar Set Up Fee!

*Just like a garage sale at your house that YOU would host It is strongly encouraged that you self-advertise/self-promote your presence at STEEL GOAT MARKETPLACE.

Rules of Reservations:

1. Must have proof of reservation for priority placement. Any non-registered will be set up in the overflow area.
2. Set up time is between 8am and 9am
3. You are responsible for your own table and chairs and tent (optional)
4. You are responsible for your own transactions including bringing change.
5. This is a RAIN or SHINE opportunity.
6. You will be responsible for a 10ft-by-20ft space to “Sell What You Got”. 
   • When you reserve a space, you will have an equivalent to TWO parking spaces or 10ft-by20ft worth of room.
   • You have the option to [A] Use both spaces for selling your wares and park your car across the street (we will direct you) or [B] Use one space for your vehicle and one space to “Sell What You Got!’
