Yoga Budz: A Slow Flow for Elevated Souls
Join Lifted Spiritss for Yoga Budz, a gentle, floor-based yoga class designed to help you breathe deep, stretch slow, and flow higher. This relaxing practice invites you to incorporate mindful cannabis use (CBD or THC, within legal limits) in a safe, welcoming space—no standing poses, just grounding movement and elevated vibes. 🌿

This is a donation-based class, open to all regardless of financial situation—come as you are, contribute what you can, and enjoy a nurturing experience for body, mind, and spirit.

Class Flow:

 1:00–1:15 PM: Arrival + Settle In + Optional Personal Consumption/Smoke Sess

 1:15–1:20 PM: 5 min Guided Meditation

 1:20–1:25 PM: 5 min Mindful Breathwork + Body Scan

 1:25–1:55 PM: Gentle Floor-Based Stretching (Hatha-inspired)

 1:55–2:00 PM: Closing Rest Savasana & Integration

Important Notes:

• BYO products only. No cannabis is provided or sold at this event.
• Know your laws: We highly recommend carrying your PA Medical Marijuana card.
• Consume mindfully: Respectful, safe, and responsible use is required.
• All levels welcome: No standing poses, fully mat-based gentle flow.
• Open Air: Option to enjoy fresh air with open doors during class.
