Restorative Yoga and Soundbath

Broom Making Workshop
The longest night of the year is a potent time to pause and reflect on the year that has passed.  The darkness outside of winter is an invitation to go inward, a time for letting go of what no longer serves you and a time for deep reflection. To release and reset in preparation for winter. It’s an invitation to embrace the healing power of the pause, turn inward and retreat, prioritize quiet time and introspection, receive nourishment. The holiday season can be hectic and busy, take some time for self-care and deep relaxation.

This practice will include gentle floor-based poses using props that support you to relax and slow down, to shift emotional patterns, invite ease to the breath, and tune into body’s natural healing process.  The class will integrate  guided meditation and Sound Bathing with singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments.
Wear comfy clothing and bring a yoga mat. Other supplies will be provided but if you have a yoga bolster or blanket please bring them.
