To ensure smooth operations and an organized schedule, all food vendors must sign up and pay a monthly access fee. This fee secures your space, and you can then choose time slots for either lunch, dinner, or both.

Steps to Get Started:

• Sign Up & Pay the Monthly Fee
• Whether you’re a food truck, stand, or mobile cart, you must sign up and pay the monthly access fee before you can set up at Steel Goat Marketplace.
• The fee guarantees access to our prime location and allows you to select your preferred time slots.

Choose Your Time Slots

After signing up, you’ll be able to book your time slots for lunch, dinner, or both. We offer the following time frames:

Lunch: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Dinner: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Time slots are first come, first served, so be sure to book early!

Follow the Schedule

To maintain a reliable and organized operation, you must arrive and set up during your scheduled time slot. Walk-in setups are not allowed.

Comply with Health & Safety Regulations

All vendors must have the proper food license and comply with local health and safety standards. Be prepared to display your valid food license and health permits at all times while on-site.

Steel Goat Marketplace will not be held responsible if your business is found to be out of compliance with local health and safety regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure your food business is up to code.
