Laura Kustaborder (she/her) is a holistic health and wellness practitioner who wants to help you live vibrantly. She is a reiki master, meditation guide and yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience as a physician assistant.
Laura began these practices as a way to heal her own physical and mental traumas and through this journey has discovered her true self. Laura is passionate about destigmatizing mental health issues and openly shares her personal story of healing with others. She loves learning, growing and sharing her knowledge of mindfulness, medicine and self discovery.
